Functional Assessments

A functional capacity assessment is designed to establish your baseline function. Your occupational therapist will work with you to establish your current strengths and your functional goals to make recommendations for challenges that you may be experiencing.

How can it help me?

Completion of OT assessments and a written report to assist participants communicate their needs to NDIS so adequate funding can be provided in their NDIS plans.

Is this right for me?

This service is designed for all NDIS participants.
