Our Occupational Therapists complete thorough assessments, provide recommendations, and guide you through trials, prescriptions, and funding applications. We also provide training and follow-up to ensure your AT truly supports your goals.

We complete comprehensive housing assessments to understand both your home environment and your support needs. This helps determine suitable housing solutions that align with your goals and independence.

We offer home-based Occupational Therapy to eligible Veterans with gold and white cards, enabling access to potentially life-changing allied health services.
