A functional capacity assessment is designed to establish your baseline function. Your occupational therapist will work with you to establish your current strengths and your functional goals to make recommendations for challenges that you may be experiencing.

We may recommend home modifications if you're experiencing difficulty moving around your home or have safety concerns. These custom changes improve accessibility and confidence in daily living.

For participants with psychosocial disability, we provide strategies for emotional regulation, daily routines, and community access. Our goal is to work alongside you to build confidence, stability, and independence in daily life.

We complete comprehensive housing assessments to understand both your home environment and your support needs. This helps determine suitable housing solutions that align with your goals and independence.

We’re here to help you strengthen the everyday skills that matter most. This may mean learning fatigue management strategies, building routines, improving confidence in communication, or developing practical skills like cooking, shopping, and managing the home. Our focus is always on real-life independence and participation.

Children and teenagers need a supportive, interactive environment to reach their goals. Our family-centred approach provides tailored activities that build skills in play, participation, self-care, and independence.

We offer home-based Occupational Therapy to eligible Veterans with gold and white cards, enabling access to potentially life-changing allied health services.
