Our focus is always on real-life independence and participation.
A functional capacity assessment is designed to establish your baseline function. Your occupational therapist will work with you to establish your current strengths and your functional goals to make recommendations for challenges that you may be experiencing.
Assistive technology isn't just about equipment, it’s about finding the right tools, systems or modifications. Our Occupational Therapists complete thorough assessments, provide recommendations, and guide you through trials, prescriptions, and funding applications. We also provide training and follow-up to ensure your AT truly supports your goals.
We offer home-based Occupational Therapy to eligible Veterans with gold and white cards, enabling access to potentially life-changing allied health services.
For participants with psychosocial disability, we provide strategies for emotional regulation, daily routines, and community access. Our goal is to work alongside you to build confidence, stability, and independence in daily life.
