What Is Insights Discovery?

Insights Discovery is a tool based on four colour energies that reflect different communication preferences. Everyone has a unique blend of these styles, and learning to recognise and flex between them helps us work more effectively — with each other, and with the people we support.

• Fiery Red – Direct, action-oriented, and outcome-focused
• Sunshine Yellow – Energetic, sociable, and optimistic
• Earth Green – Empathetic, patient, and values-driven
• Cool Blue – Thoughtful, analytical, and detail-focused

By understanding our own style — and recognising the styles of others — our team is able to reduce misunderstandings, increase collaboration, and build stronger, more respectful relationships.
