When one of her clients with a spinal cord injury needed a specific travel-friendly mobile shower commode — a model typically only available in New Zealand — Jenna didn’t stop at “not available.” She searched high and low until she located an Australian supplier who was willing to ship it to the Forbes Care office. The client was thrilled, and the moment became a clear reflection of Jenna’s problem-solving, persistence, and unshakeable client advocacy.
