Meet Brooke: Our New Practice Manager Supporting Forbes Care’s Growth

At Forbes Care, we know that the strength of our team is built not only on the expertise of our Occupational Therapists but also on the leadership and support behind the scenes. We’re excited to introduce Brooke, our new Practice Manager, who brings a wealth of experience and a passion for building strong, supportive teams.

A Diverse Background with a Health Focus

Brooke’s career journey has taken her through leadership roles across the energy sector, large lifestyle resorts, retail, and childcare. Each step has strengthened her ability to lead people and projects with clarity and care.
Now, she’s turning her focus to healthcare — an area she’s deeply passionate about. “I wanted to apply my management skills while developing my knowledge in the health sector, where I see my career path growing,” Brooke explains.

A Personal Touch

Beyond the office, Brooke has a deeply personal reason for her passion for wellness and health care. As a child, she survived a serious illness, an experience that continues to inspire her. “It has driven me to learn more about wellness and pursue a career in the health industry,” she shares.
When she’s not working, you’ll likely find Brooke at the beach, reading, or spending time with family and friends. Right now, she’s also enjoying a documentary on expanding your mind through learning new skills and activities.

Looking Ahead

In the next 12 months, Brooke hopes to see Forbes Care continue to grow while maintaining our high levels of client satisfaction. She’s particularly passionate about strengthening organisation and time management systems to support staff and clients even better.
