Meet Abbie, our Accounts Administrator.

Abbie was drawn to Forbes Care by the opportunity to work independently while enjoying a healthy work–life balance. Since joining the team, she has become a trusted support for participants, clinicians and stakeholders, helping navigate the often-complex world of funding and billing.

"I enjoy the problem-solving side of my role. It's really satisfying being able to sort things out and bring clarity when things feel a bit complicated."

From reconciling accounts and supporting billing to managing funding enquiries and service agreements, Abbie enjoys creating order and making complex processes easier to understand.

"I like being able to make things easier for everyone. Whether it's helping a participant understand their funding or giving the team the right information to move forward confidently, it's nice knowing I'm helping things run more smoothly."
